  The "BBS PTA Eltern-Lehrer-Förderverein der Berlin British School e.V." ("the Association") reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information that is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected.

2. Online Discussion Forums
  The use of the Online Discussion Forums ("the Forums") is restricted to members of the Association. An application addressed to the Committee of the Association is necessary to become a member. You may apply online using the "Register" function. Please note that the user guidance of the Online Discussion Forum Software and all messages contained within the Forums are in English language only. Any Messages containing other languages will be removed by the moderators.

While the administrators and moderators of the Forums will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these Forums express the views and opinions of the author of that posts and not the administrators and moderators (except posts by these people) or the Association (except posts of the Committee of the Association) and hence will not be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually orientated or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned and possibly excluded from membership according to the constitution of the Association. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the administrator, and moderators of this Forums have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the Association, the administrator and the moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

This Online Discussion Forum Software uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of your personal information you have entered at registration, they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. Your email address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).
3. Referrals and links
  The Association is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from his pages - unless he has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of his site from viewing those pages. If any damage occurs by the use of information presented there, only the Association of the respective pages might be liable, not the one who has linked to these pages. The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited, offenders sending unwanted Spam messages will be punished.

  If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
7. Governing law and place of jurisdiction
  Any relationship arising out of this information shall be exclusively governed by the laws of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any action or other legal proceedings against the Association arising out of or in connection with the information contained in this Site shall be Germany.
